Abstract generation in progress

Super Typhoon Bebawi is gradually approaching Taiwan. Cathay has waived the fees for rebooking and changing the flight routing for flights between Hong Kong and Taipei/Kaohsiung from July 9 to 11.

Cathay said that for tickets issued before July 6, flights departing from July 9 to 11 between Hong Kong and Taipei or Kaohsiung can be rebooked and the route can be changed free of charge. Passengers must update their tickets on or before July 11, with available itinerary options extending through August 31. For details, please refer to the Cathay website.

As Bebawi approaches the eastern part of Asia, Cathay urges that, to ensure you can receive the latest flight information via SMS or email, please make sure the contact details in the self-service booking management service are up to date. During this period, before heading to the airport, passengers should first check the flight status.

For other flight delays and cancellations, visit the Cathay page to learn more.
