Due to ongoing rainfall, a serious emergency situation occurred at the Liulan Reservoir in Hengzhou, Guangxi. Downstream villages and towns were flooded, with some houses damaged and roads cut off. After the disaster occurred, local authorities urgently organized rescue work. On the 7th, professional rescue forces carried out dredging and debris-clearing operations in the core areas.
