Crypto World News, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted on a social media platform saying that last night’s Russian attack injured 11 people in Kyiv, including a child. Civilian facilities such as private homes, office buildings, and a theological seminary were damaged. Before the air-raid alert was issued, civilian infrastructure had already been targeted. Recovery work is underway in the Odessa, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions. During the night, the Russian forces launched more than 120 drones and 12 missiles, with half being ballistic missiles. Ukraine’s air-defense systems successfully intercepted most targets, but failed to intercept the ballistic missiles. Ukraine expects its partners to deliver on the aid packages promised at the NATO summit to protect the Ukrainian people. Ukraine must move forward as soon as possible with the licensing agreement for the “Patriot” system and the European joint air-and-missile defense project. For all institutions, the top priority right now is to push these matters to implementation.

The license agreement process is too slow—the battlefield doesn’t wait.

120 drones + 12 missiles—anyone would be intimidated by that density.
