Why, with the same 3000 USDT, some roll it to 30k USDT in a month, while others lose down to 300 USDT in three days?

Many people’s first reaction is the market. But once you’ve been doing this for a while, you’ll understand: it’s not the chart—it's what you think when you open the contract: “How do I win?” or “How do I lose?”
The real culprit behind liquidations has never been 20x or 50x. It’s always high leverage + heavy position sizing + no stop-loss. When all three are together, one trade can wipe you out. $LAB
Here’s an example:
300 USDT opened at 10x, versus 150 USDT opened at 20x—the risk exposure is the same.
If price moves up 1%, both side’s profits are about the same; if it drops 1%, both lose 30 USDT.
But one side only uses 10% of the margin, while the other side directly eats 20%.
Then two more times—if your hands shake and your brain heats up—after that, it’s not trading anymore, it’s just anger.
So many people aren’t losing because of the market—they’re losing because their position size is too fragile.
To put it even more clearly:
With a 3000 USDT account, opening 300 USDT at 10x gives you only 10 chances.
Opening 150 USDT at 20x lets you split it into 20 chances.
With the same principal, the latter is more flexible: try in batches—push when correct, pull back when wrong—not swing for the fences and decide everything in one shot. $HYPE
The meaning of high leverage is never “all-in.” It’s light positions, scattered entries, and running in segments.
Low leverage suits people who can ride out volatility. High leverage suits people who can stop-loss quickly.
Unfortunately, most people use it exactly the opposite way.
You see someone go 2x on a single trade at 50x, but you don’t see how many trades he liquidated before that.
In the end, trading is about who can stay steady:
position sizing steady, stop-loss steady, execution steady.
When you mess up all three, the slide can’t be stopped.
At the end of the day, it’s just one line:
One person uses leverage to trade, and the other uses leverage to bet their life.
Your account already has the answer written in it.
