Small capital in crypto—first learn how to stay alive.

A lot of people come in with 1000U and only one thing on their mind: turn it tenfold, twentyfold. Chasing hot spots, constantly switching positions, going all-in—after busying for a few months and looking back, the principal hasn’t grown; instead, you’ve lost weight. $LAB
Not long ago, a follower reached out to chat with me. His account had 1200U, and he could open a dozen or so trades in a day—full package of buying the spike and selling the dip. Two months later, he had less than 700U left, and he was exhausted too.
Later, I had him change his thinking—don’t focus on how much to make first; think about how not to lose.
He split the 1200U into four parts. Each time, he only moved 300U, waiting for signals he could actually understand before entering. The goal wasn’t to get rich overnight. It was to turn the 300U into 450U first, then gradually move from 450U up toward 700U. The pace slowed down, but the account became stable. Most importantly, he wouldn’t be knocked out immediately by a single mistake. $TAC
When retail investors lose money, the core problem is one thing: position sizing is too heavy. With a small account, they open a trade as half position or even full position. If the market slightly goes against them, people panic. They either randomly cut or stubbornly hold—and no matter how it plays out, it ends up in losses. The people who can make small money bigger calculate something before opening a trade: if this one trade loses, can I still place the next one normally? A position you can’t afford to lose is already oversizing. $EVAA
One more thing: when you make money, learn to lock in profits. Many people go from 1000U to 2000U, happy for only three seconds—then they refuse to exit. In the end, they fall back to the starting point again. My habit is: once profit reaches the target, take out part of it first, and let the rest run inside. When your mindset is lighter, you’re less likely to give it all back.
Don’t rush in just because there’s a big green candle. And don’t blindly follow the crowd because others are posting their wins. I’ve seen too many losses—most happen in the moment when emotions run hot. Better to wait until volume expands and the key levels truly break before acting. Enter half a step later, earn a little less profit, but your win rate is much higher. #预测世界杯西班牙VS比利时
Every day the market has opportunities, but opportunities are always only for people whose principal is still there. With small capital, it’s not about who’s bolder—it’s about who can keep sitting at the table. Stabilize first, then roll up bigger. With 3,000 yuan or 400U, it can still become your first entry ticket in crypto.
