Today’s AI customer service is really just plain incompetent. My package has been stuck at the sorting center for three days. When I contact customer service, they just gave me a query link.


I’m the one who already clicked into it from that query page, okay?
Now no matter what kind of customer service I try to contact, my first sentence is always: transfer to human agent, transfer, human, agent—transfer! Human! Agent!!
Honestly, besides being able to raise people’s blood pressure, all that today’s AI customer service has are complaints and criticisms 😅
