The team that truly showed dominance in this World Cup should be the French squad; in the future, football will most likely move toward the style of basketball. The proportion of Black players will keep increasing. Out of 26 players on the French team, 21 have African/North African heritage—without African heritage, or pure European local white players, there are only 3. Among the starting XI, the core group is basically all Black. In Europe, there are no teams with Black players: Croatia, the Czech Republic, Turkey, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and they also didn’t make it in. If there’s still a strong team with no Black players, it should be Argentina left.
