This short position finally paid off, and the market gave the move very cleanly. $SAHARA ’s earlier high kept failing to break through after repeated attempts; many people were still waiting for it to continue pumping, but I felt something was already off here— the more it dragged, the more it looked like distribution.

What really got my attention was that after the price was pushed down from around 0.03743, the rebound strength weakened each time. The buy-side looked lively, but the actual follow-through couldn’t keep up. Now it’s at 0.01036, and this short position is up +3482.86%. The room for the move has been released quite clearly.

On my side, I didn’t add positions randomly. After exiting, I handled it in batches with an 80/20 split: first lock in most of the profits, then keep a small portion with a protective level to continue watching for further extension. The biggest risk with making money on a short isn’t holding it through— it’s getting bounced back after profits and wiping them out on a rebound.

The rhythm here has changed, but don’t get carried away chasing shorts from low levels. If you’re not in the trade, don’t rush— don’t chase orders. Wait for the next more comfortable entry point to act.
