On July 10, Greentown Holdings released a briefing on its real estate business operations for the second quarter of 2026.
According to the announcement, from April to June 2026, the company achieved contracted sales area of 2.661 million square meters, up 20.03% year over year; and achieved contracted sales value of RMB 21.946 billion, up 0.89% year over year.
From January to June 2026, the company achieved contracted sales area of 4.366 million square meters, up 17.05% year over year; and achieved contracted sales value of RMB 35.887 billion, up 5.87% year over year.
From April to June 2026, the company completed new starts area of 25 thousand square meters, down 91.07% year over year; and completed the filing for completed projects area of 1.813 million square meters, up 12.61% year over year.
From January to June 2026, the company completed new starts area of 51 thousand square meters, down 89.61% year over year; and completed the filing for completed projects area of 2.074 million square meters, down 7.37% year over year.
