The government announced that the Financial Secretary has been delegated powers by the Chief Executive, and has appointed Liao Kang-yuan, Wong Wai-bon and Yang Yung as new members of the Financial Reporting Review Panel, and has again appointed Lee Chun-ho as the convener of the Panel, with the term to commence from the 16th of this month for a period of 3 years.
