Is XLM’s rebound just a liquidity trap to lure longs?

$XLM /USDT - Short SHORT

Trading plan:
Entry: 0.19122 – 0.19208
SL: 0.19579
TP1: 0.18855
TP2: 0.18648
TP3: 0.18337

Why focus on this structure?
On the 4-hour timeframe, the bearish signal is clear. Under EMA pressure, around 0.19165 is a near-term resistance level. RSI on the 15-minute chart is 61.12, close to overbought, and a pullback is strongly needed. Why now? Because the 1-hour ATR is only 0.001724 and volatility has narrowed—before a break above 0.19208, the bears have the clear edge.

Discussion:
Will this move first hit TP1 at 0.18855, or will it go straight into a V reversal?
