CoinDesk reports that Elliptic announced on X that it has received an investment from Circle Ventures, but the specific amount was not disclosed. In May, Elliptic completed a $120 million Series D round, led by One Peak, with participation from Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank, and the UK’s business bank. Circle has joined Elliptic’s Agentic Design Partner Program, which brings together infrastructure providers, compliance leaders, and technical teams to develop agentic compliance solutions.

Agentic Design Partner Program sounds fancy, but whether it can really work in practice depends on whether it can help institutions cut their compliance costs in half.
