BlockBeats message: On July 11, according to CNN, satellite imagery shows that Iran may be rebuilding parts of suspected nuclear facilities and missile-related facilities. The images show that from late June to early July, several locations in Iran showed signs of new activity, and developments involving some nuclear facilities have drawn outside attention.

CNN analysis says that the Taleghan 2 facility at the Parchin military base shows signs of repair and reconstruction. The facility is believed by some experts to be associated with the storage of nuclear-weapon explosive materials. The satellite images show that multiple craters caused by previous U.S. airstrikes are being repaired.

In addition, satellite imagery of a suspected underground nuclear facility codenamed “Gao Shan” shows that during the period when the memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran signed on June 17 was in effect, vehicles were still entering and exiting the underground tunnel. This development raises questions: Did Iran violate its memorandum of understanding with the United States signed at the end of June? The timing was even earlier than when Trump decided to end the memorandum of understanding and launch a new round of attacks on Iran.
