Israel limits its military operations in Lebanon at the request of the United States

Golden Finance News reported that on July 11, citing Israeli Public Broadcasting Company 10, at the request of the United States, the Israeli government has ordered the military to temporarily halt “sensitive” military operations in southern Lebanon. The report said the directive will remain in effect until further notice and will depend on developments in the U.S.-Iran situation and the progress of negotiations between Israel and Lebanon. The report said the United States has recently been busy confronting Iran militarily and is worried that Israeli actions could lead to further escalation of the situation.
