Boson quantum begins listing tutoring
Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Wang Manlei) Recently, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission showed that Beijing Boson Quantum Science & Technology Co., Ltd., a leading quantum computing company (hereinafter referred to as “Boson Quantum”), has initiated listing tutoring. The tutoring institution is Guotai Huarong Securities Co., Ltd.
According to the listing tutoring record filing report, Boson Quantum was established on November 16, 2020, with registered capital of 360 million yuan. The legal representative is Wen Kai.
According to Tianyancha, Boson Quantum is a hard-tech company focusing on research and development and applications of photonic quantum computing technology. The company is committed to developing a scalable and programmable photonic quantum computing platform and has successfully released multiple generations of coherent photonic quantum computers, including the latest released 1,000-computation-qubit machine model.
