Pakistan’s Prime Minister calls for implementing the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding to uphold regional peace

Golden Finance reported that on July 11, local time, the Pakistani Prime Minister’s Office said in a notice late at 10 p.m. on the 10th that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif spoke by phone the same day with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, exchanging views on regional developments and other matters. During his call with President Pezeshkian, Shehbaz stressed that regional peace and stability must be restored as soon as possible. He urged all relevant parties to exercise the utmost restraint and avoid any actions that could undermine or derail the results of the peace process. Shehbaz also emphasized that all sides should effectively implement the US-Iran understanding memorandum. (CCTV News)
