This round of shorting $NEAR feels great. Once the price was pushed down from the high, the whole tempo changed. Entry price 2.5382, current price 1.877, return +1850.34%. After the market’s upside/downside room is released, all the hesitation and tug-of-war before turned into outcomes.

The key is right here: previously, every time the price rebounded, it failed to reclaim the strong zone. On the surface it was still ranging, but in reality, sell pressure had already started taking the initiative. Many people only look at how it hasn’t broken down, but I’m watching rebounds grow weaker and weaker. At this kind of position, it’s most likely to suddenly give direction.

Now the profit is already sitting on the books—don’t just keep thinking about the bigger picture. My approach will be more cold-blooded: take profit on some portion in batches first, then let the rest follow using protective levels. If the move extends clearly, keep holding; if the rebound is too strong, don’t linger.

You don’t have to fully maximize every segment. If you can catch the main leg, that’s enough. If you miss it, don’t chase a short at the low. Wait for its next rebound and judge again at a more comfortable spot.
