According to South Korean media outlet Chosun, several Korean companies, including Samsung Electronics, expressed confusion over the recent announcement by OUSD regarding a "coalition of over 140 partners." The companies stated that they had "not received any formal communication or consultation" prior to the announcement and claimed that they were "unclear about what role they would play in the alliance." This incident has raised questions about the authenticity of the OUSD alliance members and the transparency of its cooperation mechanisms, and relevant parties have yet to provide further public responses.
