#GUSDYieldRisesto3.8%
💵 GUSD Yield Climbs to 3.8%. Number, Big Signal?
I saw that GUSD now gives a 3.8% yield. It doesn't sound super high compared to some crypto returns. Thats what caught my eye.
For me it's about being sustainable not just getting the return.
If you have stablecoins in your portfolio getting some extra yield is helpful. You can use that money to do things instead of just waiting for the market to change.
That's the thing about a moderate yield.
It's often easier to keep it going over time than a high return that needs lots of incentives. When markets are uncertain steady returns can be more valuable.
I wouldn't just look at the 3.8% number.
You should ask about any yield product.
* How is the yield made?
* Can it last?
* What happens if the market changes?
Those answers matter more than the number.
That's my view.
We've learned in crypto that stable assets can have risks. Things like platform risk, liquidity and market changes can affect returns.
My take?
A 3.8% yield won't make you rich fast. Its a practical way to use your capital while waiting for better trading chances.
The goal isn't always to get the yield.
Sometimes it's about balancing return and risk.
What do you think. Would you take a 3.8% yield for stability or keep your capital free, for the next big move?
