Golden Finance reports that on July 11, citing CNN, satellite images show that Iran may be rebuilding parts of suspected nuclear facilities and missile-related facilities. The images show that from late June to early July, multiple locations in Iran exhibited new activity, and the movements at some nuclear facilities have drawn attention from the public. CNN’s analysis said that repair and reconstruction signs were seen at the Talergan No. 2 facility at the Parchin military base. The facility is partially believed by some experts to be related to the storage of materials for nuclear-weapon explosive detonations; the satellite images show that multiple craters caused by prior U.S. airstrikes are being repaired. In addition, satellite images of the suspected underground nuclear facility “Gao Shan” show that during the period when a memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran signed on June 17 was in effect, vehicles were still entering and exiting the underground tunnels. This development has raised questions: whether Iran violated the memorandum of understanding it signed with the United States at the end of June. The timing is even earlier than when Trump decided to end the memorandum of understanding and launch a new round of attacks on Iran.
