U.S. Military Strikes More Than 80 Iranian Targets

U.S. Central Command said U.S. forces launched a new round of offensive strikes against Iran and hit more than 80 targets. The strikes used precision-guided munitions in direct response to Iran's recent attacks on merchant ships in the Strait of Hormuz. U.S. Central Command said forces also destroyed more than 60 Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps small vessels in the strait and nearby waters.
