Can an ordinary person challenge whether they can make a living solely by trading? Starting capital: 100U. Goal: to break even on living expenses through trading. Day-4: The end of this week is almost here. Basically no trades on Saturday and Sunday. So far, I’ve successfully compounded 11%. Luckily, every time the position pulls back, the drawdown has been very low, but I’ve been taking profits with 1:2, 1:3. There were few trades this week, but the power of compounding is huge.

With a 1:2 to 1:3 risk-reward ratio, the trade volume is low but the quality is high—that’s the path to positive expectation.

Starting from 100u with compounding at 11%, while also controlling drawdowns and keeping losses in check—this discipline is stronger than many veteran “weed” traders. Take a good rest over the weekend, and continue next week.
