Wu Shuo learned that the Hyperliquid testnet has added support for setting priority fees of 8–100 bps for Immediate-or-Cancel (IOC) orders. Within this range, the mempool-level priority effect is consistent with the mainnet and does not constitute a disruptive change; within the 8–100 bps range, the priority fee is only used to sort IOC orders received at similar times.
