Deng Yongping increases his stake in Pop Mart again, raising his ownership ratio to 7.65%

BlockBeats message: On July 10, according to equity disclosure documents from the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, well-known investor Duan Yongping increased his stake in Pop Mart again. His shareholding rose from 91.2728 million shares to 102 million shares, and his shareholding ratio increased from 6.85% to 7.65%. The last reporting date was July 6.

This is another further buy after Duan Yongping’s recent consecutive increases in his holdings of Pop Mart. Previously disclosed information shows that on May 28, he bought 4.66 million shares of Pop Mart at an average price of HK$162.5 per share, involving about HK$757 million.

As of the close on July 10, Pop Mart was trading at HK$150.70, with a total market capitalization of approximately HK$200.69 billion. Based on the latest shareholding, the market value of the Pop Mart shares held by Duan Yongping is approximately HK$15.35 billion.
