How many years does it take to reach enlightenment through trading?

Abstract generation in progress

After a nap, I checked the board and found the aerospace sector straight-line surging! Turns out there was a major positive catalyst: the successful sea recovery of the rocket!

When good news like this only exists, hang a limit order at the first moment to抢 (rush in to grab). Move even a bit slower and you’ve got no advantage—especially when it’s a sudden positive catalyst driving the move!

Yesterday’s strong tech rebound got realized today. It rose too hard yesterday, and today it also pushed again—after two days, the profit room is already quite large, so a lot of money has run away again. Last night I was thinking that today it might be okay to hold a bigger picture for Changdian—unfortunately, after it dropped below the intraday moving average and broke the intraday trend in the morning, it couldn’t rise again. So I had to leave first. I guess many funds are thinking about the same thing: it’s basically a “live or die by the trade” situation. If you can hold it, everyone continues to hold for a bigger picture; if you can’t, then everyone exits. This is even more true for quant strategies—quant is a tool that both boosts and amplifies declines. Whether it’s lifting or smashing, it’s never soft!

On the tech side, what’s being hit most right now is still the high-position stocks. “Aunt Zhao” today had a sky-high trading volume! The funds took advantage of the release of results and pulled off a historical-level big de-risking/realization. Also, the overseas compute power supply-chain category saw especially clear declines—selling pressure is extraordinary.

Meanwhile, the国产 compute power replacement category has noticeably better support. Mainly because the domestic compute power names are generally at relatively low positions, and most likely they only start ramping volume and delivering results this year. Lcxx has already preliminarily proven this—zg and sg are holding up relatively firmly.

Today a fan asked about Changyi: how many years does it take to悟道 in trading? Based on this topic, I also looked up what people online say:

[Taoguba] The search results are still relatively objective. From being a newbie to forming a system, Changyi took about the same amount of time—back then, everything relied on constantly exploring and trying. So whether it’s time cost or money cost, both were very, very high!

Comparing in the order of the chart above, Changyi’s students are mostly in an “understanding period,” and have long passed the “learning the techniques” stage. Some classmates just need a “bull-bear baptism” to complete the process.

Regarding this phrase “trading悟道,” everyone’s understanding is different too. That article from a few days ago is worth revisiting carefully: “There’s no instant悟道 in trading—only long-term practice that achieves unity of knowledge and action!”

With the reforms and development of China’s capital markets, the stock market indeed has seen an era-level dividend. But without some professional knowledge, you can’t catch it. That’s why more and more people are learning to trade. I believe there will be more professional players in the future. But trading itself can’t be rushed, and there’s no foolproof way—everything still needs to be built step by step on solid ground. You still can’t do without the time for long-term learning and accumulation.

Speaking of this, let me share the great leader’s poem as well:

The key point: There is nothing difficult in the world, as long as you are willing to scale the heights!

Finally, I提前 wish everyone: have a great weekend, and may all your wishes come true.
