On July 10, Zhejiang Meida announced that the company received notifications today from its actual controller, Xia Zhisheng, and Xia Ding, and learned that they are currently planning matters related to a change in the company’s control. The matter may result in a change in the company’s actual controller.

In view of the above matters still involving major uncertainty, and to ensure fair disclosure of information, protect the interests of investors, and avoid causing a major impact on the company’s share price, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Stock Listing Rules, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Self-Regulatory Guidance No. 6—Trading Suspension and Resumption, and other applicable rules, after the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company’s shares (stock abbreviation: Zhejiang Meida; stock code: 002677) will be suspended from trading starting from July 10, 2026 (Friday) at the market open. The expected suspension period will not exceed 2 trading days.
