When many people hear about leverage, their first reaction is to amplify gains, but what I care more about is how to control risk.

$VANRY The reason this short position was able to yield more than 3x isn’t because the leverage was set high, but because the position size was never too heavily loaded from the start. After the direction plays out, then gradually scale up the profits, rather than handing the account over to the market from the outset.

For friends who have already entered, what they need to do now isn’t to keep aggressively adding to the position, but to take back control of the position size. After profits have widened, reduce part of the position first, so that even if the remaining position encounters a rebound, it won’t affect the overall result.

The market is still relatively weak, but around 0.0067 is no longer the most comfortable spot to chase shorts. Next, it’s more suitable to wait for the price to rebound into the 0.00695—0.00710 range, and see whether the shorts re-take control of the pace.

If the rebound lacks strength, keep watching 0.0064 and 0.0061 below. If the price directly stands above 0.00725, and the pullback can still hold, that would indicate the market is starting to change the script.

The real function of leverage isn’t to make a single trade a fortune overnight; it’s, under risk being controllable, to amplify the profits in the correct direction. $BTC $ETH #GateUS合规扩展佛罗里达
