US stocks are once again sharply diverging: storage and AI infrastructure are surging, while the consumer side and small-cap stocks lag behind as resources get pulled away. In such times, my habit is to pull up the small-cap names I’ve already seen before and review them again—because when large capital concentrates on the main theme, some overlooked marginal picks that were wrongly sold off often fall out of reach and end up missing opportunities. TROO is one I’ve been repeatedly watching recently; I mentioned it once before. Today I’ll go into it in more detail, and I’ll also share my own take.
