Today there’s been a long fight in the altcoin spot market, and even now I still can’t figure out why people make these trades. The liquidity pools for these altcoins are pretty shallow. The bid-ask spread on the order book is also very high—if you’re not careful, you can instantly lose around 3%~5%. So unless you have extremely fast hands, it’s still not worth doing these trades. The spot market risk could be even higher than futures. #AVVE
