I included “investment research hype” and “lit” in the research assignment I gave my students, and I also did more research myself.
First the conclusion: I think if lit can manage to go up against hype, then at this current price there’s still a 5–15x upside! If the team’s operations can’t keep up and it becomes a one-wave pump, then basically it will probably top out at around 10u at most; it might also fail to reach 10u and then drop.
I won’t go into the full research details—mainly it comes down to on-chain data, operations, background, token structure, and so on, that I assessed.
I told him that if you think you can buy lit, then you should build your own trading plan, slowly accumulate, and at the same time be prepared for it to go to zero.
If you missed out on hype, lit may give you a chance to make up for it. After learning the lesson from hype, I won’t just analyze and not get in. Like yesterday’s live trading teaching where I analyzed lit—I ended up being on the sidelines. If you analyze it, then you should act; otherwise why analyze it? Real skill isn’t being able to “look sharp” and predict—it’s making the money that ends up in your own pocket.
