$BTC and $ETH 14 hundred million options expire today!
News:
At around 16:00 today, about $1.43 billion worth of BTC options expire, with the biggest pain point at $62,000;
ETH options worth $237 million expire, with the pain point at 1,700. Options sellers have incentive to push down the price before expiry.
In addition, yesterday, BTC spot ETF saw net outflows of $84 million, ending three consecutive days of inflows, and institutions are somewhat cautious in the short term.
Technical analysis:
BTC: Resistance 64,500-64,700, support 63,000-62,500. If it breaks below, watch $62,000.
ETH: Resistance 1,782-1,800, support 1,755-1,740, strong support 1,700.
Public opinion: Options expiry often triggers a “window-painting” style move; don’t let short-term volatility throw off your rhythm.

BTC: Long 63,600-63,800
ETH: Long 1,760-1,770
