Decision fatigue


Many people are often preoccupied with small matters like what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, consuming mental bandwidth in the prefrontal cortex.
Especially for people who speculate or trade stocks, there are far too many important decisions that need to be made every day.
To solve this problem, I’ve already been eating coconut chicken for more than three months.
