Memory prices have already risen roughly fourfold in the current cycle and could climb another two to three times from here.


However, no commodity-like product can sustain gross margins above 85% for an extended period. Once margins reach that level, prices will eventually fall sharply, bringing gross margins back toward 70% or even lower.
The cycle has not disappeared. The slope and duration of this upcycle are simply far greater than anything seen historically.
