Russia plans to introduce a new bill to monitor all crypto transactions.

The threshold is low: transactions exceeding approximately $680 must report detailed information.
For cross-border transactions exceeding approximately $11k, the names, wallet addresses, physical addresses, dates of birth, and tax IDs of the sender and receiver must be provided.
For transactions below 60k rubles, only names and wallet addresses are required.
Originally scheduled to take effect on July 1, it may be postponed to September 1 after review hurdles.
