My HRV is 91, but Recovery is only 29. The main reason is poor sleep — I only get four to five hours a day, and it's fragmented.

What's even more contradictory is that Fitbit also shows only 4.5 hours of sleep, yet gives Recovery a score of 90?

What I really want to ask is: even though I sleep very little and it's fragmented, it doesn't seem to affect my daytime state — I've been feeling fine mentally. And despite such poor sleep, it hasn't dragged down my HRV, resting heart rate (RHR), or mood; in fact, those metrics are all quite good.

I wonder if anyone else is in this situation — "poor sleep, but all metrics are still decent"?
