Bank of America: Nvidia valuation at 7-year low, discounted 30% to 35% compared to larger tech peers.

Golden Finance reported that on July 9, Bank of America believes that market concerns about storage costs, self-developed ASIC competition, and ecological investment are excessive, and NVIDIA's fundamentals have not reversed. NVIDIA's current valuation is at a 7-year low, with a discount of about 30% to 35% compared to larger technology peers, but its sales and EPS growth are significantly ahead. Bank of America expects the AI data center market to continue expanding, and NVIDIA is still expected to maintain a 65% to 70%+ share of AI capital expenditure.
