According to a report by TechCrunch, Sequoia partner David Cahn analyzed and said that global AI infrastructure investment will reach $1.5 trillion in 2026, and the industry will need to achieve $3 trillion in revenue to break even. Currently, Anthropic’s annualized revenue is $60 billion, and OpenAI is expected to have revenue of about $13 billion in 2025.
