Anthropic’s latest move is interesting: it not only offers data insights but also includes anti-addiction features. AI tools are starting to talk more about user well-being too, and even free users can use it. Worth a try.

CoinWorld news, Anthropic has launched a "reflect" feature for Claude, helping users review how they use AI. This feature tracks usage time, frequently discussed topics, and main tasks, and generates usage reports for the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. At the same time, reflect also includes a lightweight "anti-addiction" feature, allowing users to set do-not-disturb periods or receive reminders to take a break after continuous use for a certain period. Currently, the reflect feature is available for testing to free, pro, and max users, supporting web and desktop versions, but memory functionality must be enabled. Incognito conversations, original files in connected tools, and conversations generated through health services will not be included in the report.
