7.10 Morning SOL Analysis

The daily overall downward structure is clear, and it is not suitable to go long at this point.

Daily, 4-hour, and 1-hour charts show bearish resonance. The funding rate remains negative, external incremental funds are insufficient, and there is no reversal signal. It is likely to see a volume-driven decline to establish a bottom.

Operation:
A light short position can be taken in the 78-80 range, with the first target set at 75.

The bearish resonance is indeed scary. I’ve marked the 78–80 range, but since the funding rate is negative like this, I feel it’s safer to wait for a steadier signal on the right.

Mu Yao's analysis is on point this time. The daily, 4-hour, and 1-hour charts are all bearish. But before the volume-backed bottom-finding, I would rather miss out than buy the dip.
