Play meme x thousand times: Is it really profitable?

Every new chain brings new meme millionaires. Take Robinhood launching its own chain on July 1 for RWA, but the hottest thing was CASHCAT (a meme riding on the old logo). People are buzzing over onchain data: one wallet turned $838 into $917K in three weeks (x1,250 times), and the top 5 most profitable wallets pocketed nearly $3.7M.

Sounds delicious, overnight wealth is real, but the reality is a brutal liquidity trap:
🔹CASHCAT market cap is around $105M but Uniswap liquidity is extremely thin, only $6.6M (less than 7%).
🔹The whales' millions are just "on paper." For them to cash out real money, there must be fresh inflows from latecomers to provide exit liquidity.
🔹With such shallow liquidity pools, one whale sell order can send the price crashing several times within minutes.

Meme x-times gains are real, but most players only see a few fat wallets and forget the thousands of other wallets providing liquidity for them to exit. It's tempting to watch others feast, but entry is late now. If you still play, go with small volume for fun, and absolutely do not go all-in on FOMO or you'll get dumped on the top!
