Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps: U.S. attack 'severely disrupted' the recovery of strait shipping

Jinse Finance reported on July 9 that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that U.S. strike operations would not only trigger Iran’s “destructive retaliation,” but also disrupt traffic along the key shipping route of the Strait of Hormuz. In a statement, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that current shipping volume has already recovered to 50% of pre-war levels, and attributed the current shipping disruption to Washington’s “adventurism and interference” over issues related to shipping routes. The statement also emphasized: “Foreign forces have no interests whatsoever in this land and the Strait of Hormuz.” (Jin10)
