Golden Finance reported that on July 9, U.S. bank analysts stated that Comet Holding's sales should grow rapidly by the end of 2028, benefiting from the expansion of memory chip manufacturing capacity. Switzerland-based Comet produces components used in memory chip manufacturing. As companies respond to AI-driven demand and build new memory chip factories, Comet will benefit given its large capacity to handle new orders. Bank of America raised its revenue and margin forecasts for Comet through the end of 2028. Comet shares were among the top gainers in the Euro Stoxx 600 index, rising nearly 12%.
