Ping An Life Insurance spends nearly HKD 900 million to increase Agricultural Bank of China H-share holdings
On July 7, the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange showed that Ping An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. added 170.78M shares of Agricultural Bank of China H-shares on June 30, with a per-share price of 5.3 HKD, for a total amount of approximately 905 million HKD. After the increase, the latest shareholding is approximately 7.41B shares, representing a 24.11% stake.
