ByteDance's megawatt-level computing power system AI Rack 3.0 made its debut.

Golden Finance reports that on July 10, at the OCP Open Compute China Summit, ByteDance's new generation megawatt-level computing system, AI Rack 3.0, was unveiled. The system not only confirms the adoption of 800V HVDC high-voltage direct current power supply for the first time, but also comes with a 100% full-rack liquid cooling architecture, completely breaking the power and heat dissipation bottlenecks of traditional air-cooled architectures. In terms of hardware architecture and power performance, the computing system uses a mature and efficient dual-cabinet combination design, with a single cabinet power of up to 500kW, and the total power of the entire dual-cabinet cluster exceeding 1MW (megawatt level). A single dual-cabinet cluster can be equipped with up to 576 XPU computing chips, with computing density and cluster bandwidth doubling compared to the previous generation. (Securities Times)
