Deep Tide TechFlow News, July 10, according to Paul Grewal himself posting on X, after six years at Coinbase, Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal will officially leave at the end of this month, transitioning to an advisory role and continuing to serve on the board of Coinbase National Trust Company. During his tenure, Grewal led the company's IPO, won the lawsuit against the SEC, moved the company's incorporation from Delaware to Texas, and actively promoted the GENIUS Act and CLARITY Act legislative processes. In terms of succession, Molly White will become the new General Counsel, Ryan Van Grack will serve as Vice Chairman responsible for global government and partnership relations, and Faryar Shirzad will continue to lead the global policy team.
