Grayscale, a crypto asset management firm, Chief Financial Officer Edward McGee has resigned for personal reasons, effective July 2. The company stated that his departure is not due to disagreements with the company's operations, policies, or practices, and appointed Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim co-CFOs, with Masci also serving as Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and joining the board. This personnel change comes several months after Distribution and Partnerships head John Hoffman left to join Ondo Finance. Grayscale has now paused IPO preparations, having previously confidentially filed for a U.S. listing in November last year. (CoinDesk)
