He stated that over the past six years, he has been involved in Coinbase's listing, responding to SEC lawsuits, relocating the company's registration to Texas, and advancing legislative processes such as GENIUS and CLARITY. Molly Abraham will succeed as Coinbase's General Counsel, Ryan VanGrack will become Vice Chairman, and Faryar Shirzad will continue to lead the global policy team.
