Wu said that Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal announced that he will leave at the end of this month and transition to an advisory role, while continuing to serve as a director of Coinbase National Trust Company. He said that over the past six years, he has participated in Coinbase's listing, responding to SEC lawsuits, the company's relocation of its registered address to Texas, and advancing legislative processes such as GENIUS and CLARITY. Molly Abraham will succeed as Coinbase's General Counsel, Ryan VanGrack will become Vice Chairman, and Faryar Shirzad will continue to lead the global policy team.
