micro caps on new chains

i understand the temptation to buy microcaps on a new chain. with a small portfolio, they seem like the fastest way to feel early and dream about making a lot of money, might be true for a few traders. in reality, though, that's where most people lose money. it definitely was for me. i learned that lesson early on with the first few chains i traded.
since then, my approach has been simple, size into the main runner first. from there, i rotate into the highest beta plays based on my simple TA while constantly monitoring momentum, sentiment on the TL, and, most importantly, the main runner itself. as long as the leader keeps its momentum and the chart stays healthy, i ride the entire ecosystem higher.
the goal isn't to gamble away capital on random microcaps. the goal is to protect my capital and leave with more than I started, and to protect my initial by not touching it after doubling my port
