The project company holds a letter of intent signed with the power company to provide up to 2,000 megawatts of electricity for the campus, which will be used to build a large-scale digital infrastructure campus capable of supporting high-performance computing and Bitcoin mining. The transaction consideration is paid in milestone installments. If all development milestones are completed, the cumulative acquisition amount will reach up to $600 million.
